Fee Structure

REFUND OF ADMISSION FEES AND OTHERS :

 

  1. ADMISSION FEE:


  Examination fees once paid shall not be refunded or transferred to a subsequent examination even if the candidate fails to present himself for the examination or fails in the examination excepting the following cases:

    • If the name of a candidate was sent up provisionally on account of shortage in his lectures or attendances and the authority that sent up his name withdraws it at least 10 days before the commencement of the examination for failure to make up the shortage or for poor progress in case of Inter Part-I candidates.
    • If the candidate dies before the commencement of the examination in which case the fee shall be refunded to the legal heirs of the candidate.
    • If the candidate is declared ineligible to appear in an examination in which case fee shall be refunded after deducting half fee.

Ineligible ---- Explanation

In eligible shall mean that a candidate has not been allowed by the competent authority as under rules to take the examination and the Roll No. has not been issued.

    • Late fee shall not be refundable
    • A candidate provisionally allowed to take the examination shall do so at his own risk and fee shall not be refundable to him if he appears in the examination, even though he may be declared ineligible subsequently.

•  Examination fee (Admission fee) and other fees shall be refunded in the following cases:

•  If there is a double payment, excess payment or payment by mistake or in cases when fee is deposited for a particular purpose and no action could be taken under the rules.

•  Refund of examination may be allowed if a candidate has not been issued Roll No. or has not been allowed for non receipt of Admission form provided he is otherwise eligible.

•  Refund of admission fee shall be allowed only, if applied for within three months from the date of commencement of examination.

  1. In cases of all other fees, refund shall be allowed only, if applied for within one month from the date of receipt of fees in the office.
  2. In cases not covered by these rules, the Chairman may allow refund of fee for reasons recorded in writing.
